Dr. Dominique

“No one cares how much you know, unless they first know how much you care.”

-Theodore Roosevelt

Dr. Dominique believes this quote perfectly encompasses her practice. Dr. Dominique is not only passionate about children’s current and future dentition, but also greater systemic health. She believes in fostering a comfortable, fun, and safe environment to serve as the foundation of trust and communication between her, her patients, and their parents.

Dr. Dominique grew up a few blocks from Children’s Dental World in Bridgeport and she considers herself lucky to practice in her home community! She received merit and service-based scholarships to attend Tulane University in New Orleans, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health. Dr. Dominique knew she wanted to combine her love of children, teaching, art, science, public health and communication into one profession – pediatric dentistry was the perfect match! Immediately after university, she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with several scholarship awards. After dental school, she matched with her top choice, Children’s Hospital Colorado, to complete her residency training. She proceeded to graduate with the excellence in research award. While in Colorado, you could find Dr. Dominique in the mountains skiing, hiking, and exploring or in the hospital treating her patients and making them giggle in the clinic, operating room, or emergency department. Dr. Dominique has an extensive background in treating children with Special Health Care Needs and dental trauma due to Children’s Colorado being the number one hospital in the western region. Outside of the office, Dr. Dominique loves watching and playing all sports (especially hockey and baseball), doing yoga, cooking, interior designing, being outdoors, and traveling to as many countries as she can! Dr. Dominique considers it an honor to help your children grow up happy and healthy with a beautiful and functional smile.

In addition to her time in the office, Dr. Dominique also works as an attending at Illinois Masonic Hospital’s Pediatric Mobile Dental Van to provide care for underserved children.
